Its been months and it still crashes. Do they even care?

I am unable to use my paid subscription to this magazine, due to the buggy app that crashes as soon as you try to open an issue. It has not been updated since Nov 2014!! I regret wasting my money, and will be satisfied with nothing short of a full refund. Shame on Guitar World for fleecing paying subscribers!!

Love having Guitar World on my iPad. A thousand times more convenient than getting the actual magazines. If you like GW then this subscription download is a no-brainer.
