The latest November 4 update still does not address the app crashing under IOS 8 whenever I try to read one of my downloaded issues. I paid for my subscription yet I cant read anything I paid for. Better fix it quick or Ill be asking for a cancellation and a refund ...

It has gotten better over time, very slow at first but has improved over the 2 plus years Ive been a subscriber. Looks and works fantastic on my iPad. Was really looking forward to having these on my iPhone 6 Plus, but alas this wasnt the best experience. Need an update for the 6+.

Since the iOS 8 update every time I try to open an issue the app crashes. Its a joke. Paying for a subscription I cant even use.

Sadly the app crashes constantly. It would be nice to access what has already been paid for.

As the other reviewers have posted, this app rarely works. It crashes nearly every time I attempt to open an issue.

This app isnt updated and crashes upon startup. Dont give them any of your hard earned money! They dont deserve it

Cannot open the individual issues. Pls fix. Love the mag but this is not cool.

I bought 3 magazines and can only read one. Crashes like crazy! Want a refund. But I cant even figure out how to do that without it crashing

Havent been able to open a magazine in over a month on my iPad mini retina with iOS 8. Great app when it used to work.

Running iOS version 8.1.3 when I click in "read" it crashes everytime. Please fix!

Great articles but the app crashes upon opening. Is anybody listening? When is this going to be fixed?

Ive been a GW subscriber for 20 yrs. this app makes me want to go back to physical magazines

Is there a solution to the crashing problem yet? I couldnt read my last two issues. After i download when i try to read a magazine app quits.

Lousy app design and terrible support means I can no longer access the issues that I purchases through two years of subscriptions. Asked GW for a refund. They said Apple handles that. Apple refused the refund so I am basically out of the money I spent on two years worth of subscriptions. At least with the paper issue, I would still have my copies. The way my issue was handled made it clear that digital subscriptions to magazines are not superior to traditional paper types. Due to an atrociously poorly developed app (Guitar World) Im unable to acces past issues that I should own. With Apple saying I cant get a refund, Im basically out the cost of two years worth of subscriptions. I also like how if you do something wrong when writing a review, it makes you start over.

I like the magazine, but the app is old and doesnt support iOS 8. Had to dump it...come on,its not 2004 anymore! Upgrade it or die.

Wanted to like this electronic publication, but continual problems with app stability make it impossible to read the content that Ive paid for. Repeated requests for support are going unanswered. NOT RECOMMENDED

I havent been able to read the past four months worth of magazines and am getting quite fed up. Even before recently it was hit or miss with fingers crossed as to whether or not it would open. Ive had an iPad subscription to this mag for a long time. Fix it. Just fix it. Future PLCs magazine app for ImagineFX, which I subscribe to also, was finally fixed a few months ago, as it always crashed as well. Its ridiculous that people have to complain for months to get anyone to work on an app that already wasnt terribly complicated nor functional.

I just purchased a new issue but every time I try to read it, the app keeps crashing. Judging by other reviews this issue is not new either. Hope they fix it soon.
